Fifth Third Bank

Fifth Third prides itself on the individual, personalized service and commitment it provides its consumers. They remains curious – they want to know more about the people they serve, so they ask more questions and listen more carefully to the answers.

Project Overview

As part of the much larger Fifth Third Bank website redesign, this initial project was to establish a new and updated look and feel for Fifth Third Bank.

My Role

As a Senior Designer working on the Fifth Third team, I was brought on to the project to help establish an overall design direction for the website. For the initial design round, I was responsible for a homepage with two states and a secondary content page.

A Truly Personal Bank

Highlighting Fifth Third’s personal touch

This initial design phase direction focused on creating a more personal connection between the bank and their customers on the Fifth Thirds website. With introduction of expansive and more human centered photography, colorful highlights and playful icons, we centered the banks focus on what was really important – the customer.
